Franchising a business is an extremely difficult and complex process. The biggest mistake a company can make when getting into the franchise business is hiring a "group" or an individual consultant to develop the franchise program. Having been involved with many different franchise organizations and companies who successfully launched franchises, the key to it is working with a company like Francorp where all the staff and resources are provided under one roof.
