Einstein Bagels

Einstein Noah to expand Texas presence
Associated Press

LAKEWOOD, Colo. -

Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc. said Wednesday that it signed an agreement with a Texas franchise owner to open as many as seven of the company's Einstein Bros. Bagel restaurants over the next five years.

Restaurateur Charles Loflin owns nearly 32 restaurants in Texas, and will open the new bagel shops in the San Antonio region, the company said Wednesday.

The first restaurant is scheduled to open in early 2009.

Einstein operates about 600 restaurants in 36 states and the District of Columbia under the Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah's New York Bagels and Manhattan Bagel brands.
Einstein shares fell 42 cents, or 3.2 percent, to close at $13.

I purchased bagels on 12/18/08 and I also tried to log on to www.mfisurvey.marketforce.com/einsteinnoah that does not exist. We should receive something free for waisting our time..And this is considered fraud....

Thanks for nothing. Apparently you really do not care about your stores. If you do not care about the publics view of this company as a whole. So much for positive feed back!

We purchased products on Dec. 22nd and tried to log on to the survey website only to find out it doesn't exist. Why is that???????

I purchased bagels from store 1214 on the 21st and had a bad experience,(50 mins.to get 2 toasted bagels and 1 egg sandwich, 3 out of 5 coffee dispensers empty all 50 minutes) and then you direct me to a non-existent survey site. Yet another reason the stock is dropping.

It does exist... I didn't think so at first either and was searching through google, but tried a different search engine (yahoo) and was able to find it and complete the survey.
Good luck!

DITTO DITTO DITTO for store #3136 in Mesa, AZ...where's the survey?!?!?!?!?

You may not be so thankful...I'm yet another sad customer who feels duped at no site for the customer survey. Today I spent $17.00 for an order at Store #3325 and was excited to get to do a survey---after all the Saturday (and other)
mornings we have spent there. But I'm not excited about it now. Tsk, tsk. (Yes, everybody makes mistakes, but not to have caught and corrected them in 3 weeks??!!)

Well, it continues. On 1/5/09 I bought bagels and the receipt from store #2117 in Lafayette, CA also had the survey that doesn't exist. Enough!

SHAME on YOU! Misleading the public into taking our time to fill-out a bogus survey about your business.I purchased 2 buckets on 12/24/08 @ 7am for my office staff~ this place is small and always packed (#0890). I was looking forward to doing it. You don't have to be an Einstein to figure out that this company doesn't care about taking care of their "survey problem"...perhaps they just don't want to really hear it. GOOD JOB!

1/10/09 went to the store in Indianapolis, #1656, and still no survery to complete. You'd think by now they would have gotten this correct since posting were started back in early December 08???

and AGAIN . . . i went to store #2115 San Mateo, Ca to get a Bagel Box for my staff. with the quick service during the busy morning i was ready to fill out a nice survey with praise, too bad this site does not work. sorry Noah's Bagels, my comments would have been nice . . . ^_^

The best way to respond is with your pocket book = $, don't patronize Einsteins anymore. We asked for our dozen bagels to be sliced this AM, 1-17-09, got home, they weren't. Also, several bagels looked old, not fresh. Fascinating in these times, Einsteins performance could be so bad.

I am posting this note on behalf of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. We have checked the survey and it is in fact working. Please rest assured that the contest is still running and is a valid program. Some people have had troubles getting to the survey site because they are typing the link into a search engine as opposed to typing it directly into their web address bar. Please contact us at 1-800-bagel-me if you try this and are still having problems. We apologize for any inconvenience and want to make sure you get the chance to take part in our contest.

Sincerely,
Einstein Bros. Bagels

I only found this blog because I typed in the survey address and 1 response came up (not the survey!). I read the Einstein rep's comments and thought "Dude, we KNOW how to use the Internet. Of course I typed into a browser and not a search engine! Duh!" But I tried again anyway and THIS time I realized I had forgotten to type the .marketforce. part. Whoops. Duh.

BTW, Vinings, GA store #3159 had Winter Blend on 1/31. I was so excited I announced it to the whole store! Haven't seen it in a while and had heard a vicious rumor it was discontinued!

I went to store #2833 two days ago and saved my receipt so I could complete the survey. It took a few tries this morning but I was finally able to log on and complete it.
